Chahrazed Anane is a humanitarian career strategist and founder of Humanitarian Career Consulting (HCC).

With over 15 years of experience in complex humanitarian contexts across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe, she has led protection programs and teams in high-pressure environments, supporting vulnerable populations while navigating operational and human challenges on the ground.

Today, she supports humanitarian and development professionals in navigating job search, career transitions, and leadership challenges in an increasingly competitive and uncertain sector. Her work focuses on helping experienced professionals reposition themselves strategically, regain clarity, and build sustainable careers both within and beyond the aid system.
