I’m Sofie, founder of Adventures Alchemy. As a former MSF Construction Manager & Logistics Team Leader who burned out in the field myself, I create nature-based outdoor retreats in Sagres, Portugal, for women working in humanitarian, human-rights & social-impact contexts. Through surfing, coasteering & guided reflection, I help women decompress between missions, reconnect with themselves & reignite their fire, so they can keep doing meaningful work without burning out. I’m trained as an outdoor facilitator & surf instructor, and alongside my 5-day retreats I offer a free online workshop, Get Out of Your Head, & a free guide, Resilient Humanitarian Explorers.
